DeWALT Maxi 2 Safety Boots are classed as B, S, & P - Basic Safety and the Penetration resistant. The penetration resistance comes from the insertion of a steel plate in the midsole which is able to withstand the penetration of nails and other sharp objects, thus protecting the wearer's foot.

This penetration resistant quality makes DeWALT Challenger 2 safety boots ideal for carpenters, builders and other workers who work in environments where penetration hazards are present.

Other features of DeWALT Maxi 2 Safety Boots include a black full grain leather upper, rubber outsole (heat resistant to 300°C), Pu mid-sole with stainless steel penetration resistant plate, brass coated facing, dual density, anti-bacterial insole, light weight and flexible build,rust and corrosion resistant qualities, odour reducing, moisture wicking materials, 200 joule steel toe cap, Cambrelle lining, injection moulded construction.
